@GapFactory claims department is a scam to your customers. didn’t receive my item, tracking shows no information, agent said they will submit claim. Claim was denied based on claim activity. I live in a building with 33 floors, if your lazy delivery people leave package in lobby

@GapFactory You left a security sensor on a skirt I ordered online. Apparently the onus is completely on me to get it off...If I wanted to find a store, I wouldn't have ordered on line. Customer service chat made it clear that there is nothing Gap can do. Completely frustrating
