And that’s a wrap… 131 walkers turned up yesterday for our “John Fearon Memorial” walk!

John was our host at The Gap from our first walk in Jan. 2011. He always had a smile and a warm welcome for weary walkers returning from the hills.
This is a family event and all are welcome to walk+stay for the evening.

We are staying local this Sunday, and heading to Ravensdale Park, climbing to Ben Rock 410m and Clermont Cairn otherwise know as Carnán Mhaighréid Náir, “cairn of Margaret”.
