'Time to pick a ripe tomato off the plant and pop it in your mouth'. Nicola Davies poem on Summer was the inspiration for this week's cooking classes featuring the tomato. We made cherry tomato + mozzarella pasta bake, bruschetta, fresh peas and a berry crumble! #foodlearning

On Sunday we hosted another popular fermentation masterclass with @sycamoresmythN4. Everyone went home with 4 ferments each - cucumbers, tomato, kimchi and summer cabbage. Look out for our next fermentation masterclass in early 2024! #foodlearning @GardenMuseumLDN
