April 18th marks the 1,000th day of the Azerbaijani government's illegal detention of Dr. Gubad Ibadoghlu, under politically motivated charges. Azerbaijan should release Dr. Ibadoghlu and its other political prisoners, as well as all Armenian prisoners of war as a precondition to any peace agreement with Armenia.

Accountability must come first! These people need to be prosecuted swiftly. Then we can finally turn the page on one of the darkest chapters in modern Armenian history and move forward.

Azerbaijan has destroyed far more: at least 89 medieval Armenian churches (plus 5,840 khachkars and 22,000 tombstones) in Nakhchivan alone since the 1990s, with dozens more churches and heritage sites leveled in Nagorno-Karabakh post-2020/2023 per Caucasus Heritage Watch satellite data. ISIS destroyed dozens (est. 40-50 in Mosul, fewer in Syria).

Armenians that critisize France🇫🇷 for being “close with Pashinyan’s regime” don’t seem to understand internationally Pashinyan and Armenia are the same. They work with Armenia🇦🇲. Pashinyan’s treason is internal Armenian business. France and Armenia have always been close.

Pashinyan's guards punch an 18-year-old boy in a church. And these are the same people who ask, "How can you possibly justify this?" That question is for you - the ones who beat children in churches, who drag the parents of fallen soldiers across the floor, who spit in people's faces in the city center, who curse and threaten to "cut off ears" and "smear on the asphalt"... Lowly, street-level people who have turned our republic into a daily disgrace.
