Here's the issue with the Phillies. Let's say the wheels continue to fall off. The BEST this team can do is retool and shake it up. There are too many gigantic contracts on this team. Too many guys in the prime or post-prime. Harper, Schwarber, Turner, Wheeler, Nola, Luzardo, Sanchez, etc., all going nowhere. So its playoffs or die trying, and that is the MO for the next 2-3 years.

@thepahomie That’s not happening if Embiid plays. If he plays they lose 5. They probably still lose one of next 2 anyways. It’s not going 7.
