Heads up. There's a hacker going around in Sonic Racing CrossWorlds. They have unlimited tornados and spike balls.
They originally had a Japanese name, but after coming into my twitch chat and me banning them, they have since change their name to mine.
So that's fun.

@EosVtuber I played a couple of races here and there just to see how bad they nerfed it and you can definitely tell it’s more of a skill check, which is fine, I don’t mind that but with how the items are STILL, it’s becoming more and more of a mess

@GaroMask_ Yeah like people seemed to forget that UC was the result of how strong the items were and how punishing it was to front run. They nerfed the effect but didn’t do anything about the cause.
I wouldn’t have minded the nerf if it wasn’t so drastic.

We got the level 4 nerf which was needed but… are we not gonna address the items in the room?? That hit stun, tornados and homing green gloves are still an issue, but it’s something…. I guess??

@GaroMask_ when i read patchnotes i also thought two seconds would be better, but also with characters like eggman whisper or knuckles existing in the game it makes sense as to why it’s 1,5s because they build boost up too quickly… sucks for me as a sonic player though it’s gonna be rough

@DatFastBoi It’s been… quite the experience thus far, UC as a parry is an interesting experience and I don’t mind it but 1.5 seconds of invincibility whilst the items come at you out of nowhere more frequent than ever is gruesome to say the least
it should have been nerfed to 2 seconds

@GaroMask_ like id be fine with a lv4 nerf if it came with a general item balance but the fact that it doesnt makes me scares to hoot up the game and get hit by 300 items a second because i dared to front run
