Why doesn't everyone own a Starlink mini? It's reliable backup internet for $50 a month, and you can take it with you when you travel. Installation is trivial. You can use it in your car, on the road. I know this because I do it. I suggest you get the $100 snap-on Peakdo battery. It will run the dish for several hours in a power failure, or on the road. The only flaw is it blocks the pole-mount bracket.
