Fua que me respondió @DalasReview, por alguna razón en oculto para que no pueda verle. No critico en absoluto el ayuno intermitente, pues como bien dice, hay estudios que corroboran su eficacia, lo que le ha faltado leer de esos estudios es que para realizarlo de manera SALUDABLE, hay que consultar antes a un profesional, que es lo que recalco al final del post. No puedes ser así de irresponsable con tus seguidores y decirles que "no vayan al nutricionista, que coman una vez al día y bajarán de peso". Cada persona es diferente y todos tienen requerimientos nutricionales diferentes. Y como Dalas hay muchos influencers que recomiendan dietas y comportamientos que pueden ser nocivos, recuerden tener criterio propio y no le crean a ningun influencer, ni a mi, vayan con profesionales que ellos son los que han estudiado.
