After taking a year off of FFXIV I jumped back in yesterday and have now finished 7.2. First thing I did after? Immediately watched the @GarrettAndKyle roundtable with Jesse, Preach and Okaymage. Feels so good to hear them all again :-)

@fubaroobaVtuber I need to clip, I think is was Goblin King, who would hit me 3x in the 1 second it took me to go from one sub-menu to another if I decided I should use an item but was already in Attack.

@GarrettAndKyle FF4-FF9 have a turn queue in their code which is dynamically populated as commands are issued and depopulated as they're performed. This is why actions never happen simultaneously. Wait mode pauses ATB when you open submenus, but actions already in the turn queue still execute.
