I can't deny it, I love to see it. It's not just because I designed the map, but as a dev, it's uplifting to see positive feedback on X and something we dedicate ourselves to. We need more of this positivity on here, as it's often filled with hate towards games and devs. ❤️

E-District should replace World's Edge in ALGS World's Edge has become incredibly stale over the past few years. All of the good spots are known, teams play the same way every time, because they've had years to perfect their rotations. The games are predictable and boring. E-District is absolutely stunning and was clearly designed to be played competitively. There is more cover and more loot spawns than any other map. Getting gatekept on this map is virtually impossible. Every choke point looks like it was designed with the question "How do we prevent this from being a deathtrap?" in mind. World's Edge is filed with POI's that are cool but horrible for helping the better team win. The POI's are horribly balanced in terms of rotation speed / Loot density. Compare Survey Camp to Trials. Both POI's are placed near the top of the map with a balloon. Trials has legitimately 5x better loot for no reason. Dome isn't even a POI, Tree is lucky to spawn 8 cells, Landslide exists, and Fragment loot has been nerfed into the stone age because people like to land there too much in pubs. E-District has more loot than any other map by far. There is almost 0 "No-Man's-Land." Cover is splattered literally everywhere. Almost every choke point is designed to make it playable for people being gatekept while still giving slightly defender advantage. The sheer amount of stuff on this map will make it take absolute ages to be "figured out" and while World's Edge is probably far from being "Figured out" it definitely feels that way. Progress is very slow at this point. Having this much stuff on the map also makes characters with terrain generation or vision denial (Ex: smokes + cat wall) less necessary. This allows for much more variety in team composition. As an example, Ash is super OP on this map. One of the main reasons for there being so many bangalores the past year or so is because there is just simply not enough cover for more than a couple teams to be able to play the game in most POI's with the modern understanding of the game. Any spot that's playable gets taken instantly and teams have had years to learn how to hold it. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk. World's Edge is outdated and E-District is very swag
