The big issue for me around motor vehicles is that they kill 5 people a day. Electric cars offer no solution to this whatsoever. With driverless, it's different. No matter how badly you programme a computer, it will never be as dangerous as a human behind a steering wheel.

@HM_Passport I am due to fly tomorrow evening and I have been told today that my passport is out for delivery, but I won’t receive it until the 23/07/20. I would like to collect my passport from which ever depot it’s being held at, but I’ve been told that’s impossible. Which seems ridiculous

Imagine being on £80k a year and for the first Saturday in nearly 40 years you need to go to work and you ask if you can have help with child care... if only it was that easy for those that don’t earn 1/4 of that and work every Saturday. Privileged wanker.

So #Labour MP Chris Bryant has stated MPs should be given financial help to pay for childcare because they have to attend the House of Commons on a Saturday. Surely they can just about cover this with their £79k salary? 3 Saturdays in 70 years and MPs ask for financial help.. 🙄
