As flattering a gesture it is to write a whole article about me trying to paint my callings out of your AI generated garbage as "he's so mad while I'm here contributing to the community"— it only goes to showcase you're disingenuous and ill-informed. Contrary to the remark made after the screenshots of me grilling eWPlace; I'm not mad at what you're contributing. I pity you for believing it's contributing to the community at all. What do you genuinely believe a snake-oil review about shows you haven't read, written in words you didn't write, contributes? Even if you're not asking for anything in return; who would you expect to be thankful that ChatGPT or whatever AI Spewbot thought their shows were good, needed improvement, or bad? Who is looking to you for what the hot new efed on the scene is right now? It means nothing. It contributes nothing. It's shameless self-promotion pretending it's promoting others. If you want to promote these shows in a meaningful way: retweet them. Share them with a friend. Do anything else but slap their shit into AI and think you're doing them a favor. To address the strawman argument (gyazo.com/91de89adde3ebf…); LMFAO what? You're making a "let's see you do better" proposition when you don't even write the articles in the first place? Some sick mental gymnastics on display there. More pressingly, you've admitted to not knowing who I am, how long I've been doing this — what I am like as a handler. And it shows. Because you've made the assertion that I contribute nothing to the hobby at all. Let me catch you up to speed then. Not counting writings for RP feds in which that is to be expected of you for participating in; I've written matches for feds that weren't my own. Segments for shows that weren't my own. I've booked for feds that weren't my own. And to go above and beyond: I've made graphics for people in this hobby, anywhere from match cards (videos and stills), to banners, to Twitter graphics as just little treats for people I think are pretty cool. Video stingers. Titantrons. Helped with constructing their character movesets. Built websites. All over the course of the last 10 years in the hobby. How much money have I made from all that? Nothing. I've not so much as made a single dollar from this hobby. No AI. All human effort. Most of which I learned while doing them in the moment. It's also why I don't feel the need to go above and beyond what's expected of me. Because I'm a 30-year-old man, only getting older, with other hobbies and a full-time job. I'll do what I want, when I want, when I have the time to do it. In summary: I don't know what you believe is humanitarian effort to promote others when you take the human element out of it; but it's lame as fuck. If you're not going to read the shows and write the reviews in your own words; they're lame as fuck and aren't good-faith efforts of promoting. Write an honest review, a human review, and that'll go so much further in your efforts to actually contribute something of work to this space. Until then, it's fuck eWPlace. TL:DR — If you advocated for Generative AI; Fuck you. You're part of the problem why people will only get lazier, art will get worse, and effort won't mean anything. You can suck my dick from the back. If you use Generative AI in this creative writing hobby; Fuck you. I will not put any value in anything you contribute, and mock it for the useless shit it is.
