Dear @NESCAFE why are your milk pods failing so often? It's never the coffee pods, only ever the milk. In my latest box, 3 milk have failed to open at the bottom, they're not exactly cheap and it makes a terrible mess.🤬 It happens to my mother in law too on her new machine
