Update on Cardone Situation; news on my sister Diane ain't great and we have some work to do. If you guys could continue to amassing and blasting out thoughts, prayers and positive energy, strength, courage and peace in the direction of my sister Diane I would greatly appreciate it. Diane has been a great sister, a spectacularly gifted cook, master organizer - administrator, The Queen of Worry, while the rest of us worry-not, living bizarre and crazy lives, an incessant pray-er and very good human being, which both her mom and dad would be very proud of. Let's overwhelm her with as much positive energy as possible, cover her up with light, life and monster healing frequency. No remorse, no sadness, no fear, only uplifting, positive, next level pivot energy.....smash my sister with the ancillary energy she will need to supplement this part of her journey/adventure. @GrantCardone @dianecardone

The weapons held in a climate controlled vault are ancillary support tools providing backup resources for the team. Ancillary (adjective, also used as a noun) Pronunciation: • US: /ˈænsəˌlɛri/ (AN-suh-ler-ee) • UK: /anˈsɪləri/ (an-SIL-uh-ree) Main Definitions As an adjective: 1. Providing necessary support or assistance to the main or primary activities of an organization, system, or operation (subordinate or auxiliary).
Example: “Hospitals rely on ancillary services like lab testing, pharmacy, and food service to support core medical care.” 2. Additional, supplementary, or secondary.
Example: “The company’s main revenue comes from software sales, with ancillary income from training programs and consulting.” As a noun (plural: ancillaries): • Something (or someone) that serves in a supporting or supplementary role.
Example: “The textbook includes useful ancillaries such as online quizzes and video tutorials.” Etymology From Latin ancillāris (“relating to a maidservant”), from ancilla (“female servant” or “handmaid”). The core idea is “serving” or “helping” something primary. Synonyms Auxiliary, supplementary, subordinate, supporting, secondary, additional, accessory. In a Business / Entrepreneurial Context (Gary Cardone Style) In entrepreneurship and wealth-building, ancillary often refers to supporting revenue streams or assets that boost your core business without being the main focus. Smart operators don’t rely on one income source — they build ancillary products, services, or partnerships that create extra cash flow and resilience. Examples: • A real estate investor’s core asset is rental properties; ancillary income could come from parking fees, laundry, or vending machines. • A software company’s main product is the app; ancillary revenue comes from add-ons, premium support, or affiliate programs. Expanding your vocabulary with words like ancillary gives you sharper language for negotiations, deal-making, and strategic thinking. As Gary Cardone often highlights in his Word of the Day series, mastering precise words is a low-cost, high-leverage habit that compounds over time. Quick tip: Next time you hear or read “ancillary,” ask yourself — “What’s the main thing, and what’s just supporting it?” That distinction is powerful in business and life.

The Rules of Gossip: Hang out with a gossip, you are a gossip, Listen to gossip, you are a gossip. Repeat what a gossip says, you are a gossip, Tolerate a gossip without calling them out, you are a gossip's assistant, Say nothing when you hear gossip, you are contibuting to gossip and its contagion. Gossip requires active participation and passive interaction from others who define themselves as; 'not my business- type mindsets, you too are part of the gossip problem. Gossips are like a leper-race; they attract and ban-together parasitically, like a cancer of destructive, caustic, spoiled brats, whose main intention is to belittle and degrade others enabling them to not feel so insecure, so inferior about themselves. These are badly damaged entities and a threat to any group or person if allowed to much rope. Their communication style gives them away as they cannot help themselves; they operate with language and conversation designed to degrade, to initiate 'doubt' and diminish the works and value of another though half-truths, innuendo, and out-right lies. Easy to spot. These people, find few if any they can celebrate, as they are so insecure, they cannot tolerate others' winning or gaining attention. Just ask one of them; tell me someone who is awesome, (can they compliment another person with the same passion and tenacity they use when gossiping?). They are broken people with a finite viewpoint of life; there can only be one winner; if I or you win, they must lose, this is their calculus, their 1st principle survival-construct; ''there is not enough to go around for everyone and they are all that matters." How to Deal with Gossip Queens, Critics, Karen; At the first glimmer of gossip you assertively interrupt and establish your guidelines for yourself and your environment; you do not listen to, interact with or tolerate gossip about another without the relevant parties in attendance. f needed; repeat the above as many times as necessary. These are weak, insecure, spoiled brats who deliver little to no value to others or any group as they simply do not have the tools to allow others to thrive due to their horrific parenting.
