@crimp_it Absolutely all about staying up this season and target nearly achieved but it has been painful to watch recently particularly yesterday , hopefully this time next week we’ll be mathematically safe. Then on to next season and hopefully bin off the 5 at the back

As long as we stay up this season then I am really not bothered how that is achieved (many said the same at start of season) …
Next season will then be a bigger test to upgrade to better quality in midfield and final third and hopefully a better style

@HenryJackson87 I remember his first season played wolves away 12:30 after an international break … he was horrific after returning from Argentina and got hooked at half time I think

I love Alexis Mac Allister, he’s been brilliant for Liverpool, but I’ve gone into almost every game this season thinking “we’ll be better off if Mac Allister doesn’t start.”
Doesn’t solve everything, but his lack of legs is such a big problem.
So don’t start him tomorrow.

For me jury is still out whether he’s good enough to be long term number 1. The problem he will have is coming after Ali everyone will look like they aren’t as good

Is it just me, or has Mamardashvili actually been absolutely fine? I’d even go as far as saying he’s been one of the better summer signings. He’s come in as a second choice keeper and been thrown behind probably the worst Liverpool defence I’ve seen in years. Yeah, we’ve lost games and conceded with him in goal but that’s hardly all on him. He’s pulled off some really solid individual saves, and the people moaning about his footwork just feel like they’re reaching for something to complain about.
