Our 1st site meeting took place this week on a project we are very proud and privileged to be involved with. Our client is a wheelchair user & the recently purchased property needs to be extended to provide both a degree of independence for our client, & privacy for the family.

We are delighted to have gained planning approval for a new dwelling, replacing an existing barn. Working with Cheffins Planning Team to achieve planning approval there were difficulties to overcome, inc biodiversity gain & development within the countryside #architects #design

Delighted to gain planning approval for a central development in Ely, to provide tourist accommodation over 2 floors with roof terraces with a fantastic view of the Cathedral. We are putting together the working drawing package and they are expected to be complete this year.

In partnership with @GrovemereP, & Cheffins planning team, we have secured planning permission for an RAF Exhibition building located on the Lancaster Way Business Park, commissioned to honour the legacy of everyone associated with RAF Witchford during World War 2 #architects

Proud to play a part in helping the UK Government meet its EV targets & accelerate a greener future through securing planning permission for an EV charging station. This project is testament to innovation & determination, as we worked with our client to bring this vision to life.

Planning approval gained at appeal for development of 2 houses. Replacing a plant nursery which originally gained consent for replacement with a single large dwelling & garage. We developed a scheme of 2 dwellings, similar in scale in a courtyard farmstead arrangement.

Planning permission obtained working with @CheffinsPropert to maximise the land value through purposeful design that responded to the site’s constraints and opportunities, creating two bespoke dwellings which the conversation officer was in full support of. #architects #design

Recent site visit showing progress on the new R&D Centre by Munro Building Services Ltd for our client @ionscience. With the start of the Through Fix – TFS1 Aluminium cladding from @lockmetal1, the building is really starting to take shape. Completion set for Spring 2024.

We are delighted to have gained planning approval for a scheme of seven new 2 bed houses for Thurrock County Council last week. The houses will be built for local people for affordable rent in Chadwell St. Mary on a former garage site. #architects #architectsthatlisten #approval

Thanks to Chris Partrick, Conservation Officer, ECDC for the comment on our scheme in Ely. "Despite its modest scale, this is an inventive, carefully considered scheme which demonstrates that creative contemporary approaches are entirely compatible with historic buildings".

Work progressing on a new dwelling for a single storey house in pavilion form. The front boundary seamlessly blends with the dwelling with flat roof above. To the southwest large areas of glazing and cladding provide a softer appearance and views across Meadows.

Pleased to receive planning approval for an affordable housing scheme in Aveley for Thurrock Council. The scheme will provide sixteen 1 & 2 bed apartments for affordable rent for local people. The scheme was approved at committee where Council Members voted unanimously in favour.

We are delighted to receive planning approval to convert the former Bar 62 building in Ely. The scheme involves the creation of a café to the front with offices to the rear. The striking front façade has been a landmark in Ely since 1933 when the Majestic Theatre was built.
