From a presentation standpoint, regardless of what the Governor says or does during his upcoming State of the State, it can't compare to his delivery at ABNY on Monday delivering his vision for Empire Station at Penn. Impressive performance.

Fascinating read on how Main Street merchants closed their doors and entire town centers were devastated by the delivery of goods right to the homes of consumers - it was the 1890s and the Sears catalogue had just arrived in the mail.
