It’s all speculation at this point, no actual details, but they aren’t gonna launch a new network and not have deals with all the major distributors (charter, AT&T, Direct, etc)

So “direct-to-distributor” just means instead of selling their rights to a 3rd party network (like Bally/Fanduel), who then sells to cable distributors, they start their own in-house network and sell it directly to cable distributors themselves.
