Garrett Biliske is another one of our students graduating with an MDiv this year! We are so thankful for faithful leaders like him pouring into the next generation.

So much celebrating yesterday over our graduates! Our women's luncheon, CEB student fellowship, and president's dessert reception, were moments to rejoice in God's faithfulness. All that's left now is to walk across the stage!

Rex Amend, our Zondervan Award in Theology recipient, just graduated at our Rocky Mountain Campus! Praying for him and our graduates as they use their gifts and calling to train up others for Christ.

Our first cohort of CBU 4+1 students graduate with their Master's of Biblical and Theological Studies this Friday! We are so excited for all God has in store for them.

So good to be visiting the site of our newest teaching site, First Chinese Baptist Church Fountain Valley! We love all that this church is doing to lead the community to Christ.

More than 300 women packed the room on Saturday for the Women’s Evangelism Conference in California and it was incredible! Focusing on creating a culture of evangelism in our lives and ministry contexts, these ladies leaned in to God’s calling on our lives to know Jesus and make him known, connected with practical ways to live this out and to equip those they lead to do the same, and began mapping out a plan for next steps to implement. We’ve already heard stories of these ladies sharing the hope of the gospel since Saturday; and one lady gave her life to Christ at the conference!!! Let’s gooo!!!!! God is at work across California and beyond! So very thankful for the partnership we at @NAMB_SBC have with @californiasbc , @GatewaySeminary Dr Pete Ramirez, Dr Adam Groza and their teams! What a privilege to serve together to make much of Jesus! #JesusChangesEverything

Major Hutchens Family news! I am thrilled to share that on Tuesday I was elected to the faculty of Gateway Seminary as Director of the Rocky Mountain Campus and Associate Professor of New Testament. And we aren’t going anywhere! Gateway is allowing us to remain in Fort Collins as I continue to serve as a pastor of Overland Church. In this new role, I get to serve churches across Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana, helping them train pastors, planters, and leaders who will proclaim, disciple, serve, and multiply in the Mountain West. It’s one of the most challenging (and rewarding) regions for evangelism and church planting in the United States. I can’t wait to get started and serve alongside an incredible faculty. You’ll definitely hear more from me about Gateway Seminary soon! For now, I’m just deeply thankful to the Lord, President Groza, and the trustees for this dream job. It is such a gift to serve as a seminary professor in a region I love, while continuing to pastor a church we love that has been so incredibly kind to our family. Soli Deo gloria!
