The Gateway Cat Spay/Neuter Project returns in 2026 with renewed funding from the Joanie Bernard Foundation! GADD, Team Shelter USA, and local partners will continue providing spay/neuter services for community cats in Bath, Menifee, Montgomery, Morgan, and Rowan counties!
