In the spirit of transparency, and in effort to normalize that not everyone’s path is linear, this happened. This isn’t my first bump in the road and it won’t be my last. I’m taking a deep breath, reassessing where I stand, and looking forward because that’s the only place to go.

@JenB_pharmD As a current resident, I’ve found a lot of success in real time feedback on a regular basis. I would also encourage to set aside time on the first day of rotations to discuss expectations. These aren’t specific to EM but applicable to any rotation!
