@elonmusk I hope you’re doing well. I greatly admire the innovation and safety advancements Tesla continues to bring to the automotive industry. I’m writing to share an idea on behalf of many senior citizens in the United States who own or drive Teslas. Many of these individuals have spent decades contributing to the country through hard work, service, and raising families. Today, a large number live on fixed incomes, often relying primarily on Social Security. While Tesla’s Full Self-Driving (FSD) subscription offers meaningful benefits in terms of safety, convenience, and independence, the current $99 monthly cost can be difficult for some seniors to justify. A potential solution could be a discounted FSD subscription for verified American seniors aged 65 and older—perhaps in the range of 30–50% off. This would not only make the technology more accessible, but also serve as a thoughtful gesture of appreciation for their lifelong contributions. It could strengthen goodwill, reinforce Tesla’s commitment to safety and inclusivity, and deepen loyalty among a demographic that already values your mission. Thank you for considering this idea. I understand your time is limited, and I appreciate any attention you or your team may give to this suggestion. Blessings! #Tesla #FSD

This guy pretty much nailed it, run the state like a business, and that's Rom Reddy's platform. As it stands now, South Carolina government is a grab bag by greedy career politicians, and that includes all three branches of government. The $1.8 billion dollars that they lost and then purportedly never had is huge scam.

It is my overall goal as governor to eliminate the property tax on cars and trucks. It makes no sense that a car or truck is paid off and sometimes may not have much value, but you continue to pay property tax based on what some unelected bureaucrat believes its value to be.

🚨 NEWS ALERT: With Republican Steve Hilton in the lead, the New York Times is kindly reminding us that "Many Ballots Remain Uncounted in California" and that "They Are Likely to Lean Democratic." The NY Times continues, "Democratic voters returned their ballots later than Republicans in this year’s primaries,." Now the key part to remember is that the factors listed above, "could cause candidate standings to reshuffle as votes continue to be reported." I mean... come on... you can't make this up! 😆 🤣

Oh, please. Spare us the sanctimonious word salad, Governor Henry McMaster and Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette. The sheer gall of standing up there in Warrenville, denying any "pressure" or "deal" while President Trump himself drops your son’s name in the endorsement like it’s a done deal? That’s not speculation, that’s a political paternity test, and the results are in, this is pure, unadulterated nepotism dressed up as “statesmanship.” McMaster, has been in office for a decade, clinging to power like a barnacle on the Palmetto State’s hull, and now you’re desperately trying to install Henry D. McMaster Jr., the guy whose “young and stupid” college-era explicit social media posts are still making headlines, as the next lieutenant governor? Defending it with a shrug and “I’m very proud of my son” is rich. Proud of what, exactly? The family legacy of turning the governor’s mansion into a trust-fund launchpad? Alan Wilson nailed it, you’re not fighting for South Carolina’s future, you’re auctioning it off to keep the McMaster name on the ballot. And Evette? Calling McMaster a “true statesman” while claiming you have zero idea how Trump magically name-checked the governor’s kid in your endorsement? Give us a freakin' break. You’re either comically clueless or cynically complicit, and neither option qualifies you to lead anything beyond a book club. “I was with him from the beginning”? So was half the GOP, but they didn’t get their running mate hand-picked by dynastic fiat. You’re not a “true conservative”, you’re a placeholder in a backroom deal, optics be damned. This isn’t politics, it’s a family reunion with taxpayer-funded name tags. South Carolina deserves better than two people gaslighting the public while the president plays matchmaker for the governor’s boy. Facts aren’t feelings, the facts scream dynasty over democracy. Insane.

SC voters deserve straight answers. Trump endorsed Pam & specifically named Henry McMaster Jr. (WHY would Trump assume that) as her running mate but Pam hasn’t said a word confirming or denying it. Total silence…. 👀👀👀… is this a stall. I know G.G will be very upset Pam…. This thing has been stuck in AOL dial up mode for so long I’m waiting for someone to yell, ‘Mom! Get off the phone! ☎️🤣🔥 Pam was McMaster’s Lt Gov & cabinet insider. His Chief Legal Counsel? Tom Limehouse Jr. son of Thomas A. Limehouse Sr. a Democrat state Rep. from Dorchester busted in the FBI’s massive Operation Lost Trust raid. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation… That 1989-90 FBI sting hit the State House for bribery & vote buying, leading to dozens of convictions. Limehouse Sr. pled guilty to conspiring to accept a bribe & witness tampering. Tom Jr. served as McMaster’s Chief Legal Counsel for over 8 years (nearly 9 years, 2017-2025). (WATCHDOG) 🐕 Hypocrisy much? The same crowd tied to old Columbia corruption scandals now fears @davidpascoesc the prosecutor who took down the biggest State House corruption case since Lost Trust becoming AG and cleaning house again. @realDonaldTrump @POTUS Trump has yanked endorsements before when he sees the full picture. I hope he (Trump) knows the real story here because her pick isn’t him unless it’s changed since G.G. (👀) told me it was possibly going to be him….. 🎯 Pam why the dodge? Someone is really afraid of what @davidpascoesc can do maybe voters stop bashing and start researching what’s really going on… 💀💀💀💀🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 We need @davidpascoesc in as AG for real transparency! #SCGOPPrimary #MAGA @POTUS @realDonaldTrump @JDVance 🔥

Thank you President @realDonaldTrump. Your walk down that golden escalator is what propelled me into politics. You showed what a businessperson can do to make America Great Again. I am incredibly grateful for your support and will never let you down.

South Carolina Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette and your pathetic little cabal of Republican extortionists. You scream “censorship” and clutch your pearls because a public Historically Black College or University "HBCU" South Carolina State University did what any self-respecting institution should do, it listened to its own students, weighed credible safety threats, and withdrew an invitation you clearly never earned on merit. Students protested. The university listened. End of story. But no, that wasn’t enough for you. You immediately proved what real censorship looks like by cheering on a gang of GOP lawmakers who sent a poison-pen letter demanding the school be stripped of every dime of its state funding, tens of millions of taxpayer dollars unless it groveled, reinstated you, and turned graduation into your personal political infomercial. Let’s name the thugs who signed that disgraceful blackmail note to House Ways and Means Chairman Bruce Bannister, shall we? Rep. Gil Gatch, Rep. John Kilmartin, Rep. Thomas Beach, Rep. Jackie Terribile, Rep. Sarita Edgerton, Rep. Josiah Magnuson, Rep. John McCravy III, Rep. Melissa Oremus, and Rep. Cal Forrest Jr. (or Cally Forrest, depending on the spelling your office prefers). Nine of you, nine elected officials who swore an oath to serve the people of South Carolina decided the appropriate response to peaceful student dissent at a historically Black university was to threaten its entire budget. Not debate. Not persuade. Not earn an invitation the old-fashioned way. Just raw, vindictive budget bullying with taxpayer money as the club. And let’s not forget your boss and political patron, Governor Henry McMaster. The man who once spoke at the very same SC State commencement despite protests, the man who’s spent years bragging about “supporting” HBCUs when it suited his image, now stands by in calculated silence while his lieutenant governor and her allies try to financially punish the state’s only public HBCU for daring to prioritize its community over your fragile egos. McMaster “weighed in” on the controversy with all the spine of a wet noodle, offering mild disappointment at best while refusing to slap down this authoritarian tantrum. He enabled the whole circus because he knows Evette is his anointed successor in the governor’s race, and heaven forbid the base get upset that a bunch of “woke” Black students didn’t want to clap for a Trump-conservative, anti-DEI, pro-life politician at their graduation. This isn’t “defending free speech.” This is government thugs treating a public university like their personal fiefdom. You don’t have a divine right to a captive audience at someone else’s commencement, Evette. You don’t get to cry “cancel culture” the second students exercise their First Amendment rights and the institution listens, then turn around and weaponize the state budget to silence dissent. Students made it crystal clear they didn’t want you there, citing your record, your campaign rhetoric, your whole vibe. The university, facing real safety concerns, acted responsibly. That’s not indoctrination. That’s institutional integrity. If this is your idea of “preventing indoctrination,” congratulations, you’ve just written the textbook chapter on how authoritarians actually operate, cry victim, manufacture outrage, then punish anyone who refuses to platform you. The real “horrible precedent” here is elected officials like you, Gatch, Kilmartin, Beach, Terribile, Edgerton, Magnuson, McCravy, Oremus, Forrest, and your enabler McMaster treating public universities as extensions of the Republican Party rather than centers of learning and community. Keep your hands off the funding. Stop the blackmail. Try earning respect and an invitation next time instead of demanding it at gunpoint with the state checkbook. Until then, Pamela Evette, you and your extortionist crew have proven beyond any doubt that you are unfit to lead this state, especially not as governor. The people of South Carolina deserve better than politicians who punish students and schools for the crime of having a backbone. Can you say "extortion" fast three times?

The Governor nails it. The choice is clear. James Talarico voted for: ❌ A State Income Tax ❌ Boys in Girls’ Sports ❌ Defunding the Police ❌Open Border Policies Those aren’t Texas values. The Texas Miracle was built on freedom, safe communities, secure borders, and common-sense conservative leadership. Let’s keep Texas, Texas.
