Hip/trunk separation is an important component of the pitching delivery. Ability to separate during your sequence is worth a 2-3 mph through efficient trunk rotation and increased shoulder layback. Try this to get a feel for that separation/ improve mobility @FlatgroundApp

Some thoughts on the pre game bullpen. There’s lots of theories about the best way to approach this. Really it boils down to this... is it for finding your feel or is it simply to get your body loose?
