Democrats in Virginia have introduced a bill to eliminate mandatory minimum sentencing for rape, manslaughter, assaulting a law enforcement officer, possession and distribution of child pornography, and all repeat violent felonies.
This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable! Virginia Democrats are opening up jails and it’s not ok!

Ending cooperation between law enforcement and federal immigration authorities is a reckless move with real public-safety consequences. Coordination exists to identify and remove individuals who are in the country illegally consistent with the law. Virginians deserve common-sense leadership that prioritizes public safety and upholds the rule of law.
