@iD_Mobile_UK you say you’re a network that cares about doing the things that really matter, brilliantly, this is not true….. we ordered a phone 3 weeks ago. DPD have acknowledged they delivered it to the wrong address yet we are still waiting for the phone that we ordered!

@iD_Mobile_UK why are you not sorting out our complaint? Ordered a phone over 2 weeks ago and it was delivered to the wrong house, nobody at ID mobile is willing to help us! We need the phone we ordered, it’s an absolute joke that you have been nominated as best mobile provider.
