Hi, it’s Gavin Turinek. This has been incredibly difficult to share, as I find it hard to be vulnerable. I’m reaching out because I struggle with major depression, anxiety, and panic attacks every day. The past six months have been the hardest, and I’ve even been hospitalized twice due to suicidal attempts. I don’t have a reason why, but I was tired of waking up everyday with constant anxiety, Heart palpitations, and depression and I was tired of living everyday with that.
