@Rob_Waghorn I apologise. It is Blackburn’s decision and prerogative, they asked us not to communicate that tickets would be on sale on the day. I will write to their CEO. In the meantime I have asked our fan engagement team to get in touch with you.

@Gavin_Carter happy new year. Don't like to complain after so much good work has gone on at the club, the comms from the ticket office about todays game was awful. My son & i wanted to go, we were told no pay on the day. Many more were the same. Now found out they are available.

Like so many of you at The Valley on Saturday, I was shocked and saddened to witness the events unfold and then deeply moved when we learned it was our dear ‘Headphones’ Norm who had passed. A familiar figure to so many of us over the decades, his loss will be felt across the Charlton family. My thoughts are with his loved ones and with all supporters who shared the terraces with him over the years. RIP Norm 💔🎧

@CAFCofficial I remember as a fan the buzz when we signed Jorge, real excitement that a player of his stature was coming to Charlton. Then seeing him out there: commanding, fearless. A proper defender. Life is so precious. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

@Gavin_Carter Thanks for the reply, Gavin. Having managed these stadium issues myself and being fully aware of stewarding requirements, I doubt there are problems that couldn’t have been overcome with proper planning and you surely won’t keep them closed for the play-off.

Crazy that there are almost no seats together in the AC Stand for today’s final #cafc league game but the club still hasn’t opened blocks A&B (which saves nothing and never has). Anyone in charge?

@ParodyCharlton @CAFCExPlayers We did look at it. But streaming is unfortunately quite expensive to produce any sort of quality and the number 1 purpose of these events is to create a benevolent fund for the ex players so didn’t want to run the risk of it being at a cost.

Only Charlton fans could bash our own club for potentially making the most match day money we ever have and trying to grow a fan base, yet they will also moan we don’t spend enough in the transfer window Club loses £millions every year. Exhausting
