@LiarRenton It’s not a townhouse. He lives in the middle of two other condos. Of course it was more valuable when he moved in but with all the repairs it’s just a slop house. He declared bankruptcy because he maxed out his cards moving. Never take financial advice from him.

Phil lives in a high-end, gourmet, town house. He must not know that we followed the sale of his neighbor's unit across his street. Btw, there's nothing wrong with a town house, but calling it "high end" is delusional. It's high end, but can't fit a weight bench in a bedroom.

@BonelessKimchi @LiarRenton I think that after she moved in she realized that Philbert wasn’t the man he claimed to be. So she cut off all physical contact, and just started to eat her feelings. Went from a bad situation to a slightly better situation.
