Today, I completed the Roundhay half the 2nd race in a series of 9. It was so tough not helped by a flair in my digestive system. 4 laps, and I nearly backed out on each one, but as I swore to myself never to run it again, I knew I had to finish. It's the small wins that count.

Sjogrens UK has a wealth of information not only for sufferers but also useful for Dr's who don't understand this disease.

Only 4 more trainings runs left for me before I take on the full distance. Will I beat the relay team?

Training for a marathon is not easy, especially when you are dealing with multiple autoimmune diseases. I have my wings ready 🦋 being the symbol for Sjogrens, and for which I hope to raise awareness, but the charity I am raising funds for is Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

This is now all I think about - runs, pacing, fuelling. The training is so hard but will be worth all the pain on the finish line.

Make that 9 with a team of 6 for the relay and 3 for the full event. We are all training hard.

It has been fantastic to work with Pam and see the difference she's made to both the firm and the clients the commercial property team supports in such a short time. Congratulations, Pam, on the promotion x
