Why do you think Rudeus never explains to Norn the whole Paul beat up situation? The way I see it which of course could be wrong is: Rudeus regrets beating up Paul, no son should ever hurt their father no matter the circumstances and he regrets it deeply. Thats why he never tries to justify his behavior, because its not justifiable. So he lets Norn hate him for that as a reminder of what he did. Was Rudeus right in their argument-of course Did he need to beat Paul- I don’t think so Was Norn’s rection and hatred justified- I think yes

@Kino_Posting Isekai got a bad rap entirely because following mushoku tensei and to some extent sword art, and the like collapse of the industry in the like mid 2010s, we got unending slop isekai from all the little studios that formed in the aftermath of the break up of all the big studios.

@imfat I moved out at like 23. Though you couldn't really call it moving out of my parents place. It was strange living situation for a long time. Now im 30 and im a homeowner in a different state and my mother lives with me. Life comes at you fast.

@Kononeko12 As far as isekai goes, atleast since SAO, they're usually not very good. Mushoku is an exception. it's pretty good. Slime and re:zero were boring. I liked shield hero season 1.
