Mike McDaniel is one coach who I would’ve traded Sean McDermott for 1:1.
McDaniel has his quirks but his (always undermanned) teams schemed up many a nightmare for Buffalo, and others. Get him a DC.

@flynnjohnj @ByMHarrington His team beat us 30-13 and bullied us when we needed the win in November.. we had no answers to stop their offense that game. Seemed like he had better control of the team after Tyreek Hill and Ramsey were gone.

The Bills are interviewing new Chargers offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel for their head coaching job today, per source. McDaniel, of course, spent the last four years in the AFC East as Dolphins head coach. McDaniel will be Jim Harbaugh’s OC if he doesn’t land an HC job.

Such a simple fix @danawhite .. automatic point deduction for an eye poke or groin shot… DQ if it ends the fight… this will stop the fouls or at worse significantly lower them.. take the arbitrary part out.. In football intent don’t matter on a foul
