Defence today, goal aside already looked like it had benefitted from proper coaching even if it was only two sessions. Having Robinson screaming instructions throughout and talking the players in the tunnel as they headed out exactly what they need. Shinnie and Armstrong can’t

@AFCHereWeGo Molloy been solid as well and then that at the end takes all the good feeling away. Similar to Dunfermline goal with ball coming in from that side. Not sure if both those goals a strong keeper comes out and punches and takes the pressure off.

Have to say I’m happier with Robinson than I would have been with Horneland. We’ll never know which candidates we interviewed or went for but if today’s appointment means the end of our defence passing the ball between themselves for 5 minutes then I’m all for it.

What Stephen Robinson has done at St Mirren is pretty impressive and I don’t think he should be judged on a recent poor run of form. Issue for me is it could have been done months ago after the cup win and fans would have been on board. One thing I’ll say, he won’t take any shit

Aberdeen FC has this morning been officially given permission to enter formal talks with St Mirren manager Stephen Robinson regarding the vacant managerial position. The Club will provide an update in due course.

Not much quality in this game but at least players on both sides showing a bit of fight, in each others faces and putting their bodies in front of shots. Night and day compared to the shit I endured last night.
