In Hot Springs, Arkansas, it gets you a face full of police ego and broken equipment. ​We went down to the Hot Springs Police Department to get an update on the infamous "Halloween Incident" where Lt. Kenny May violently tackled a minor teenage girl over a discarded Red Bull can, sparking community outrage and second-degree battery charges. But instead of transparency, we got a masterclass in police bullying. ​While having a peaceful conversation with two polite officers, Sergeant M. Brown decided to step in and manufacture a conflict. Falsely claiming that asking questions constitutes "interfering with a governmental operation," Brown immediately began escalating the situation. When the journalism didn't stop, the badge-heavy tactics came out: Sergeant Brown walked right up, violated the journalist's rights, and physically snatched and breaks his camera mount. ​Enter Lieutenant L. If someone is threatening you and your life feels in danger you wouldn’t go into your car and grab a gun and look to kill the person.. you would just get in the car and drive away avoiding an escalation. She didn’t have to kill someone over a parking lot dispute.. why do you people think things like this should go right to killing someone ?

HOT TAKE: The Walmart parking lot shooting looks like self-defense unless investigators have evidence the public hasn't seen. The video appears to show the woman retreating while the man keeps advancing. This looks like textbook self-defense under the law.
