Our local forecast says to expect freezing rain right during the time of tomorrow morning’s total lunar eclipse, so we’re cancelling our eclipse-viewing program at Observatory Park as well. As a consolation prize, let’s mark our calendars for a PARTIAL lunar eclipse on Aug. 27!
