@S_C_Schueler Was the most horrible mouse ever! But the beautiful pictures were worth enduring it for a while 😉

Went through my old pictures and found this: 2018, when my colleagues were very annoyed by the clicking noise of my mouse (I actually went to IT and test-clicked more quiet mice. Weirdest request I made so far!) and they thought a TA looks like Africa 😁 #phdlife #MyoTwitter

With our collaborators @GebertNadja and @AOri_lab we characterized the proteome of old and new mitochondria and found that old mitochondria are enriched for many ETC subunits, including the Complex III subunit RISP 4/10

I am excited to share my first first-author paper published in @CellReports today! It’s about how the proteome of muscle stem cells and their niche changes during aging and how this may affect regenerative capacity! I hope you enjoy it! 🥳

The proteome of #aging #muscle stem cells and their niche is finally out @CellReports! @S_C_Schueler led a #massspec tour de force that allowed us to identify major signalling axes perturbed in old muscles.....a 🧵 below cell.com/cell-reports/f…
