And the funniest thing is that most of these players think only they exist... they judge as if they know how many tickets you're handling at any given time or how many people you're helping... sorry if I prioritise those who really need it.

Just to clarify... most of the time when these situations occur... players tend to belittle you, insult you or make you out to be the one who doesn't understand anything (THIS is the most annoying thing of all).

It's 2am in Italy... I work, I try to study and the rest of the time I dedicate to the MK community... These are very stressful days because as Staff i “run” from thread to thread or ticket to ticket.
