10% Braver: The Work That Scares You Is Often the Work That Grows You This week I received two recommendations that genuinely meant a lot to me as both pieces of work were outside my comfort zone. Different contexts. Different cultures. Different settings to what I’m used to.

Leading Change in #Dubai: Lessons from Lived Leadership from #England. I’m really excited (and honoured!) to have been invited this week as a Guest Lecturer for the MA Education Leadership programme at the @birminghamdubai 🎓 Thanks to Nosheen Ambreen for the invitation.

It is great being a trustee @lihtrust where values are a lived reality and where debate and challenge is welcomed by the CEO Gary @grwonline Today was no different. We were tasked with debating (healthy arguing) priorities for 2030! Effective Governance in action!
