@Am_Blujay Why did he offer it... bribing an officer of the law is also equally a crime

A South African motorist has gone viral after confronting SAPS officers who allegedly accepted a R2,000 bribe in Diepsloot.
The incident was streamed live on Facebook by Andre Snyman, who accused officers of taking money from one of his employees.
In the video, one officer is seen apologising, while another claims to know nothing about the alleged bribe.
The footage has sparked outrage online and renewed debate about alleged corruption and “cold drink” money within SAPS.

Ze Nxumalo owing R2.9 million for Morningside home
Businessman Ze Nxumalo is facing the possible loss of his luxury home in Morningside, Johannesburg, after creditors moved to enforce a personal suretyship linked to a debt of approximately R2.9 million allegedly owed by his company, Zig Property Management.
Court papers reportedly show that creditors are seeking to recover the outstanding amount by targeting Nxumalo personally after he signed surety for the company's obligations. In a report by Sunday Times, the move could ultimately result in legal proceedings aimed at attaching and selling the upmarket property should the debt remain unpaid.
Nxumalo, a politically connected businessman with interests spanning revenue management, property and consulting services, is listed as a director of Zig Property Management, a company registered in Morningside, Sandton.
The reported debt of R2.9 million is understood to arise from financial obligations linked to Zig Property Management. Should creditors succeed in their application, Nxumalo's Morningside residence could be sold to satisfy the outstanding amount.
It remains unclear whether Nxumalo intends to oppose the legal action or seek an alternative settlement with creditors.
The legal action marks the latest challenge for the businessman, who has recently found himself under public scrutiny following revelations about financial transactions linked to high-profile individuals. Nxumalo's name has surfaced repeatedly during the Madlanga Commission. Earlier media reports placed Nxumalo at the centre of controversy surrounding a privately chartered London trip involving former Ekurhuleni city manager Imogen Mashazi, with payments linked to one of his companies attracting attention.

33 year old man shot multiple times yesterday at point blank range in Cape Town, South Africa in the "safe neighborhood" of Marine Circle at the News Cafe restaurant.
The killers stole his laptop & cell phone. The man was pronounced dead at the local hospital. Police stated no one has been arrested.
Avoid South Africa accordingly...

Happy Majita Monday.
I need your advice.
My salary is R21 000 after deduction.
My debts is R380 000 in total. I pay capitec loan R6750, capitec credit card R2500, Tymebank R3650, plus R2000 for clothing accounts. Then R1200 petrol, R450 car insurance, R179 car tracker. R420 life cover, R200 policy, R140 policy. R1600 rent plus R2500 groceries. R3500 sending home. R1000 -son , R2000 f0r. Daughter at varsity. My parents passed on I'm the last born left at home. That R3500 is for maintaining people are left at home and then my son stays with my sister separately. I end up changing banks in February. I no longer pay the loan accounts. Friday the people front capitec and Tymebank called me and I ended up making paying arrangements with them.
So my question is: between paying lower installments and opting for debt review which one is the best to pay for my debts. Or should I just run away and be blacklisted❓

A 29-year-old man is deeply concerned after the mother of his children allegedly left their two children, aged 4 and 6, in his care on Saturday, 9 May, and has not returned.
According to reports, Modjadji Ramohale told her boyfriend that she was going to Maake Plaza to buy food on SASSA payment day. The boyfriend claims that the money intended for the children’s needs was allegedly spent elsewhere.
A family member said the family is devastated and worried about the wellbeing of the children. Modjadji’s phone has reportedly been off since Saturday, making it difficult for relatives to contact her. On Tuesday, she allegedly called from a private number to ask about the children, but she has still not returned home, even after being informed that one of the children is unwell.
The family is appealing to anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward. Anyone who may be able to assist is urged to contact the family on 072 697 3071.
