Had an amazing day at the LAB this week! Hit a new Pr of 47’1.5, and I ended up taking First place among some great competition!

Had a great time at Aquinas college. I got to have my first weight throw meet, and I ended up throwing a state qualifying throw of 43”11 using a one turn! I also threw a 45”10 and fouled out the front of a better throw in shot put. @RivBucsFootball

Had a great workout and hit 510 for 2 reps on safety bar box squat.

Had a great time at my first track meet of the indoor season! I hit a new Pr of 46’11.25, and ended up taking 3rd place! I am also extremely proud to say that I qualified for indoor states for shot! @RivBucsFootball

Big thanks to Coach Edwards and Coach hunt for helping me find a great time to get on campus. I got to see more of the campus, meet and talk with players, and got to eat some good food. I also got to learn more about the academics at Adrian and how some classes go.
