@GekkoScienceLLC I used BTC. I offered both BTC or my PayPal email as refund methods. Any method is fine really. There's no transfer to either one.

@PineLineMining Which payment form did you use originally? He's here at the shop, I can tap him to take a break to double check if it's BTC. That should have landed back instantly.

Sidehack made it to the shop and let us know your refund was processed within 24hrs of your request, he just didn't have time to type an email. Banks aren't open over the weekend to deposit money but you likely have it now. 1,000 people have now seen you claim your order and communications were ignored when they weren't. FYI. No you're thinking of preorders. Normal orders can sometimes be delayed from different part arrivals or an excess of orders being in queue, but with preorders there's no delivery for usually a month or longer because initial R&D only includes the pretty expensive sample(s) for proof of concept. So you put a preorder date (like for KBoxes) out to 4-8 weeks later so not only can you account for the batch of PCBs being printed but the time it takes to manufacture them. We build all of our miners. No supplier is, *WE* build them. And we are constantly building. So no, we don't typically have "standing stock" because that term is either for shops that don't sell as many units as they make or retailers who prepay wholesale for a batch to be sent in. We are a shop. We are an American manufacturing shop. We don't pay anyone to send us anything but parts, and then we PNP them in-house and build them by our own hands... by MY own hands dude... reassessing quality at every step to catch issues and reduce the failure %. Even after it's fully built and assembled we test run each miner for an Additional 24+hrs to ensure it runs as advertised before we package and ship them out. If you bought a Nerdminer from someone else (we haven't redesigned anything from Nerd so you'd Have to get your miner from someone else) an 8week waiting period would either line up with a preordered 1st batch or a retail shop that prepaid for a wholesale production batch to be delivered. However, because a miners popularity can also spike surrounding events or promotions it's still possible they could build in-house and be behind 8 weeks but you'd likely receive notice for anything exceeding a 3+ weeks turnaround. Try reaching out to that company for better insight.

This is a lie. You don't have your product in stock to send out. Ive bought plenty of miners and all overseas says thr new batch isnt made yet. They wait till they get enough orders then have their supplier make and send to you. Cryptominerbros are bad for this. I ordered nerdQAxe and it took 8 weeks to get a tracking number.

Dang fat fingered typos... My point is the "FOSS or GTFO" people like this are being misleading while living off of donations instead of working hard for their money (as IP is intended to pay for). Additionally, popular feigned "FOSS or GTFO" companies will have to sell closed-IP miners to survive while the rest of us break our backs to not take the dishonest way out. "FOSS or GTFO" is just a shady marketing tactic and an incredibly manipulative attempt at coercing and harassing companies out of their R&D investments. FOSS isn't new or revolutionary and FOSH especially is not a morality movement & doesn't offer any benefits to the average customer. The people at these "permissions proprietary dystopia" shops Skot wants you to think are evil? We put in the hard work to build good products, earn every dollar through straightforward sales, and don't hurt or abuse anyone. Protecting our IP just keeps richer and lazier manufacturers from abusing *us.* Does Skot want you to understand that and lose his tax-sheltered donations and feigned-morality driven grants? I don't think so.

Altair is showing 1 example of a real tweet, surrounding a real problem, after Skot and his crew have even printed this saying on miners and told people not to buy from the closed source companies who actually work for a living without a past or present standing of coerced donations. There is zero benefit to you, as a customer, to buy a miner who's hardware design is publicized for foreign companies to recreate as poorly as possible. It benefits manufacturers that don't want to redesign or design their own miners. Not you. Point blank. Altair also isn't one of the company saying "demand open source" then selling Avalon Q's and the like, nor is he exploiting people's unawareness of what "open source" means. He's bringing attention to the people who aren't preaching one thing for increased sales, while committing acts that go against their preaching. Hope that helps.

@GekkoScienceLLC This is why I’m always hesitant to reach out to people on DM’s. I just assume my message will be lost in the spam or worse, be thought of as a scammer myself. It’s frustrating as I want to message you about a product I want to purchase.

I will correct myself that it's been just over 72hrs, including a weekend, while Sidehack drove cross country with a backup PNP tool kit to aid manufacturing. The last contact I have with you is May 16th, where I gave you Sidehacks' direct email for the first time, less than 72hrs ago. He has been driving between the office and shop with another PNP tool kit to assist with manufacturing, and can not safely respond while driving. He will respond when he can and process your request. @CryptoWeeve We have a very low failure rate and offer free repairs and replacements if you send it back to us, but if you want to repair it at home amd feel comfortable you can go ahead. It's built for easy disassembly as well.
