I am not an NBA coach but whoever does become Mosley’s successor should definitely implement some of these ideas for the the Magic to succeed next season. Franz Wagner - should basically be the defacto PG, bringing the ball up the court and making reads, our best option without a true PG. Desmond Bane - since our shooting is so bad we need to maximize having one of the best shooters on the planet, we should be 3PT maxing with bane he should take 8-10 a night. Run plays for him use him as a decoy etc. Paolo Banchero - with an ideal offensive system you want him receiving the ball in the elbow and closer to the basket to let him work, not 30 feet from the basket like the past 4 years. I also wanna see Paolo at the 5 minutes which allows for an extra shooter on the perimeter, (ex: suggs bane tds Franz paolo) Jalen Suggs - i still love Jalen but if he stays he’s sitting in the corner on offense shooting c&s. What are your thoughts on this and what else should be key for this Magic team to succeed?
