Gonna absolutely replace these switches as soon as this thing is in my hands. I'm seriously considering finally picking up Gateron Oil Kings. I'm not fussed about the shinethrough. The LEDs are apparently not bright enough to avoid vignetting the legends anyway.

@GelfTTV @Wrecktify_ I've never owned any black top switches, I've got tangerines, clears, milky, whatever that "offwhite" pandas use... lol.

@jetgirlart I've got everything I'd need to lube them myself, but because the keys are so raised, I wanted a black top. I *did* look at Black Ink v2s, WS Morandi, and Akko Penguins (as a tactile alternative), and @Wrecktify_ has HIGHLY recommended Baby Racoons/Kangaroos. Thoughts/opinions?

@GelfTTV Get the oil kings if you don't want to lube them yourself. I did a whole set of milky yellows a while back and they are buttery smooth. You'll get used to them.

I will say, the NuPhy Cowberries sound like sex on a marble floor, and I will not change my mind on that, but low profile linears have got to be a *little* different.

My current daily driver is a Keychron with DUROCK Silent Tactile T1s (67g) in the alphanumerics and Anubises (65g) in the modifiers and functions. Are Oil Kings too much of a swing into linears?
