@loveholidays I have booked to go to on holiday with family. My sister and brother in law have also booked. You have said the hotel is no longer available for them and you have to relocate them to a different hotel. Why can’t we all either stay at the same hotel or all relocate.

@jet2tweets how long does a compensation claim usually take to check? I have heard nothing whilst I know of 2 people whom have heard back. Flight from Izmir to Manchester, departed 40 mins late..then diverted to Birmingham. Arrived Manchester 5 hours 15 mins later than intended.

@virginmedia Now sorted as another engineer came out and replaced the Hub as there was an issue with the wireless..even though we asked the previous engineer..let's hope this lasts..

@virginmedia here is what your 350 fibre broadband looks like. 5th January upgrade to this...numerous complaints engineer comes out...an oh its fixed 2 days later back to this!! Unbelievable absolutely atrocious service! Sad days when your £10 a month contract has faster Internet

@virginmedia Yes and as you can see apparently only tv issues. This is constant we had an engineer out who "fixed" the issue and again its happening. Yet we are getting charged for a service that's not provided. Rebooted my hub 1 hour ago..Still doesn't even show as an active connection.

@r_crompton94 @loveholidays How long did it take to resolve...if it has been resolved? We fly out in 26 days...same thing happened to me still waiting to hear back if I have a return flight..also contacted them in July to possibly add another person on to my booking still waiting for a reply 😭

@virginmedia TV still not working and hasn't been since 29/11 07:50am..when will this be fixed?! No doubt will be expecting us to pay the full bill yet can't even watch TV! Not getting any answers except reboot..do this and still doesn't work!
