With every airdrop, there’s going to be FUD. And Succinct’s is no different. You may have noticed we slashed some allocations today and this caused some controversy in the community. I guarantee NO REAL COMMUNITY MEMBERS WERE SLASHED and we would also NEVER slash someone for asking questions or sharing their opinions on X. Post checker, our team identified many accounts who registered their airdrop using the same claim address, and I received many reports of unfound sybils that were eligible for the airdrop. With every single sybil, there is undeniable evidence. The only thing a sybil is going to say after getting slashed is why they got slashed. They’re not going to admit to it, and complaining about it has historically been a net positive to farmers and sybils. All unclaimed PROVE will be allocated to staking incentives, which rewards real community members and supporters of PROVE. My goal is to build the best community in crypto. This means that we should reward people who genuinely contribute and care about our project instead of people who were tryna game the system. ALL IN SUCCINCT.
