무엇보다 팬 여러분께 오랜 시간 걱정과 불편을 끼쳐드린 점에 대해 깊이 사과드립니다. 지난 한 달은 이 팀을 아껴주시는 모든 분들께 결코 가볍지 않은 시간이 아니었을 것입니다. 그럼에도 끝까지 지켜봐 주신 점에 대해 진심으로 감사드립니다.
구단은 조사위원회의 절차를 존중하며, 사실관계 확인이 이루어지는 동안 관련 입장 표명을 자제해 왔습니다. 이 과정에서 팬 여러분께서 느끼셨을 답답함과 우려에 대해서는 충분히 인지하고 있습니다. 구단의 대응이 팬 여러분의 기대에 미치지 못하게 느껴졌을 수 있다는 점 역시 무겁게 받아들이고 있습니다.
룰러 선수는 조사 전 과정에 성실히 임했으며, 이번 사안과 관련된 모든 과정에 대해 책임 있는 자세로 임하겠다는 입장을 밝혔습니다. 구단 또한 이에 필요한 모든 협조를 다할 계획입니다.
젠지 이스포츠는 이번 사안에 대한 비판은 겸허히 받아들이고, 부족했던 부분은 개선해 나가겠습니다. 다만, 구단은 소속 선수를 보호해야 할 책임이 있는 만큼, 사실관계가 확인되지 않은 내용에 대해서는 선수측 법률 대리인이 필요한 대응을 주도하고 있으며, 구단은 이에 대해 적극적으로 지원하겠습니다.

We have confirmed that the LCK Investigation Committee has concluded its review of the recent matter involving Gen.G League of Legends player Ruler, and determined that no separate sanction will be imposed.
Above all, we deeply apologize to our fans for the worry and difficulty caused over this extended period. The past month has not been an easy time for anyone who cares about this team. We sincerely thank you for staying with us through it all.
Gen.G has respected the Investigation Committee’s process and refrained from making public statements while the facts were being verified. We fully recognize the frustration and concern our fans may have felt during this time. We also take seriously the possibility that our response may not have met our fans’ expectations.
Ruler engaged with the entire investigation in good faith and has stated his commitment to handling all matters related to this case with a sense of responsibility. Gen.G will provide every form of cooperation needed in this regard.
We humbly accept the criticism directed at us in this matter and will work to improve where we fell short. At the same time, as an organization with a responsibility to protect its players, the player’s legal representatives are leading the necessary response to any claims that are not based on verified facts, and Gen.G will actively support those efforts.
