This is why you go on Fox News not CNBC. As i said yesterday the combined dilution is 60% Ryan confirms this here. The 50% stock is rolled equity this is very common in M&A. Lastly this proves my point that CNBC likely blindsided Ryan as this is how most CEOs would speak if they were given the questions prior. People acting like he can go wing it on live air on the spot without getting his Legal teams feedback are foolish.

@euromaximal You are free to move to Europe - I love my suburb- acre lot, 25 miles from Boston with no crime and excellent schools.

One of the reasons why living in Europe is so much better than North America is that cities are built for people, not cars. European cities, besides being beautiful, provide all amenities at walking distance. Groceries, shops, cafes, restaurants, entertainment. All nearby. They are also a lot better to build families and communities. Children can walk to school, live near their friends, and enjoy a variety of activities close by. Adults can also form long-term bonds with neighbours, shopkeepers and visit relatives frequently (and also easily dump their kids with their grandparents for some needed rest). Our cities are built to be seen and enjoyed, while america-style suburbs feel soulless and dystopian. We should keep it that way.

@RossKneeDeep Kamala was a horrible candidate, vapid and devoid of original thought, not vetted through a primary and as VP / border czar let at least 10 million illegal immigrants come though. She is not qualified to be town dog catcher

When we look back on why Trump won this election, it won't be because he was a better choice. Kamala was more than qualified. She was one of the most qualified persons to run for office in a very long time. She offered Americans $25,000 towards their first home. She offered $50,000 to small businesses. She offered intelligence and critical thinking. Yet, Amerca decided to go with dimwitted criminal with 34 felony counts, a convicted sexual abuser, a fail businessman, accused of being a pedophile who tried to overthrow the government. As we look at the absolute chaos trump has caused in one year, the is was it worth it? Who's benefiting from Trump being the president? Why didn't Kamala win?

My grandfather bought a house, raised 4 kids, took vacations, and retired at 60 on ONE income. I have a master's degree, no kids, two jobs, and I'm still deciding between groceries and my copay. Explain to me again how this a "you problem"

The World Cup starts in 30 days and legit barely anyone cares. In America, probably barely anyone knows the world’s biggest sport competition starts in a month. This has been the worst rollout for the World Cup I have ever seen in my life. It was a mistake to award it to Modern America. It’s no longer a serious society.

Whenever you see someone gloat about "Union superiority" or mock the Confederacy for losing and only existing for four years, remember this. The Confederacy, a fledgling agricultural country, with only a fraction of the population, training, equipment, organization, medical supplies, and manufacturing capabilities of their adversary, managed to fight and damn near almost win a conventional war against the federal government. Confederate victories were so decisive that they continue to inspire generations to this day. There's a reason that Generals Robert E Lee and Stonewall Jackson are revered for their battlefield prowess and gentlemanly character. Remember who you are southerner, and don't let mockery break your resolve. Mockery of the Confederacy simply reveals that whomever you're discoursing with has no idea what they're talking about. You descend from the Founding Fathers. You descend from heroes.

I’ll never truly believe that Hillary Clinton and Kamala Harris lost to that vile piece of shit and I’ll always believe election fraud, voter suppression, illegal gerrymandering, and Putin’s Russia interference are responsible for that.

Bush destroyed Clinton's economy. Obama fixed Bush's mess. Trump destroyed Obama's economy. Biden fixed Trump’s mess and now Trump has destroyed what Biden fixed. The biggest lie that Republicans have gotten away with is that they are better for the economy.

Al Gore lost in 2000 as a centrist. John Kerry lost in 2004 as a centrist. Hillary lost in 2016 as a centrist. Kamala lost 2024 as a centrist. If we’re going to win the 2026 midterms, we must abandon centrism all together. If the Democratic Party is to survive we must go left

@7Veritas4 Umm Trump went to Wharton and is / was a very successful businessman. He has not spent his life feeding at the trough of the public sector like Carney. However, none of this matters because Canada is irrelevant on the world stage.
