@GenX_audiophile I cooked mine on the Blackstone. But you can use a cast iron skillet or even a decent sized frying pan. This is the recipe I used this time. So this is the 2nd time I've made my own naan bread. It's not hard & only takes a little over an hour of prep time (including the rise, it's like 10m of actual work, less if u have a mixer). It's so much better for you than store bought (see below). It's just yeast, flour, water, salt, olive oil, honey/sugar & Greek yogurt. Stop eating seed oils. They use hexane in the process. The seeds are soaked in it for hours to "prepare" them for extracting oil. But because it's labeled as a "processing agent" by the FDA, they don't have to disclose it on the ingredient label. They essentially make a slurry of the oil & hexane, then "evaporate" the hexane & recycle it. It's an industrial adhesive ingredient.....
