I, too, was one of those pointing out that not only was his deal—which, it bears mentioning, has already fallen apart—trash, but that Vance was deeply dishonest in his rollout of it.

Attempts to make a conspiracy out of people using the word “overwhelming” while talking about the evidence against Tyler Robinson.
Rambles on about the evidence released during the preliminary hearing as if it’s nothing.
Says she never denied that the gun was Tyler’s she only denied the gun was used.
Says Lance Twiggs is a fed asset.
Says Lance gathered Tylers items to set him up.
Says Lance was probably blackmailed because he’s into dark web stuff.
Says all the evidence relies on Lance.

I don’t know much about guns, but I’m trying to understand what Jack meant when he said, “you see Tyler shoot Charlie“.
When he made that statement, I assumed he was saying that you see Tyler in position with gun pointed, and that you probably see smoke come out of the barrel or something at the moment Charlie gets shot.

Factcheck on the Israel Lobbyist: @RealAlexJones wasn’t “held liable” for any of his claims. NONE. Not one. Because, ultimately, they couldn’t. Not only was their case total bullcrap and unconstitutional, it was almost entirely lies. It was never intended to be successful. The process was intended to be the punishment, not the verdict. The billion-dollar verdicts came after default judgments - courts found Jones in default for discovery violations on BS technicalities, which meant the defamation liability was established by sanction, not by a jury weighing the truth or falsity of his claims. This let plaintiffs (basically the FBI in proxy) skip the actual malice standard (NYT v. Sullivan) that it’s supposed to require. His case was nothing but Feds Vs Free Speech. We all knew that only 2 years ago. It was designed for the chilling effect. Any legitimate constitutional scholar would call that case a miscarriage of justice in which there was NO chance he would walk away with the shirt on his back. None. But again, conservatives all knew this in 2024. So what happened? Remember again in August 2018 when all the social media sites coordinated to ban him at the same time? I said at the time, “They will come for all of us.” They did. Within 18 months me and P&P had been banned from virtually everything, including MailChimp and other services you don’t think of as social media. Anything used to communicate - banned. Why? It was a necessary prerequisite to Covid, and we all endured the most invasive, draconian censorship regime in Western Civilization. Don’t you remember? You couldn’t sneeze politically incorrectly without being banned or put in time out. Anything related to J6? Banned! The 2020 election? Banned! Covid? Banned! Vaccines? Banned! After this week, here’s the question: What more evidence exactly do you need to be convinced Tyler Robinson killed Charlie Kirk? Be specific.
Charlie Kirk’s prosecution team was specific:
-Autopsy: Single gunshot wound to the neck with .30-06 bullet fragments.
-Admissions: Robinson confessed FOUR times — in text messages, letters, and witness testimony.
-Forensics: His DNA was found on the murder weapon and the towel used to conceal it.
-Campus Footage: Caught on UVU security cameras 4 times on the 10th and 11th.
-Roommate Testimony: Lance Twiggs testified that Robinson was etching the engraved bullets later found with the weapon, identified Robinson in security footage and said Robinson confessed.
-Robinson caught on surveillance camera on the roof of UVU pulling the trigger.
So if it wasn’t Tyler Robinson — please tell me, who was it? Where is your evidence. Oh you have none? Then STFU.
