My biggest 223lb vs rn 185Lb; I’m 5,5 (21) Did it in the kinda healthy way? I would run, walk, bike, and jump rope. I TRY to meal prep. Would count calories (1,400) but would would end up binging at the end, and of course, purge. #edtips #edtw #fattie #purging any tips?

@Maris15282 My weight loss wasn’t linear. In 2024 I dropped 20lb. I wasn’t consistent but lost another 16lbs 2025 this year I locked in since Feb and I think I’m down 23lb. Run,0 weed, eat whole food,gym, consistency! How bad do u want it? I have bulimia btw…

@wljourney2024 You got this girl! I promise you will see the numbers go down! Also make realistic goals! Don’t tell yourself that you have to lose 6lbs in 1 week. It’s really all about patience which sucks but time goes by! Also trying intermittent fasting I do12pm-6pm on eating times Fast 17h

@wljourney2024 Its not EZ but remember it’s all mental! Start with walking 10k steps everyday for a month, eat clean(SEASONED chicken, veggies ect) no processed carbs. treat yourself once in a while. Start with 1,500cal. For 1month DON’T CHECK THE SCALE. Get ur motivation on here!
