As a company, Sulake doesn't have an official position on the matter But I can give you a personal guarantee you won't get banned if you only use it for non-malicious usage, such as building. It's a different matter if you use it to get advantage in a game, use it for cheating/exploits, or use it to harass other players. But that is the case without using g-earth as well Nobody has been banned for using g-buildtools and g-presets. And if for some reason you do, you would get unbanned That aside, downloading and using third party tools is always at your own risk
